TurfBros Job Cost Reporting
This Privacy Policy describes how Eco Home Improvements Corporation, a California corporation doing business as TurfBros ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with the internal software application known as TurfBros Job Cost Reporting (the "Application").
The Application is an internal business tool used solely by authorized employees, contractors, and personnel of the Company. It is not offered to the public, to Company customers, or to any third parties.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information accessed, processed, or stored by the Application. It does not apply to any other Company website, service, or business operation.
The Application integrates with Intuit's QuickBooks Online ("QBO") platform on a read-only basis to retrieve the Company's accounting data for internal reporting on job costs. The categories of data accessed include:
The Application does not write to, modify, or delete records in QBO. All data accessed is data that the Company itself owns and maintains within its own QBO company file.
Information retrieved from QBO is used exclusively for internal Company business purposes, including:
We do not use the information for advertising, marketing to third parties, profiling, or any purpose outside of internal Company operations.
Information retrieved from QBO is stored in a cloud database owned and controlled by the Company. Access to this database is limited to authorized Company personnel whose roles require it, such as members of the accounting and operations teams.
Data retrieved from QBO is retained in the Company's database for as long as it is useful for ongoing internal reporting and recordkeeping purposes, consistent with the Company's business needs and applicable recordkeeping requirements. The Company may delete or archive data at its discretion.
The Company does not sell, rent, or share the information accessed through the Application with any third party, except as follows:
We do not share QBO data with advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties outside the categories above.
The Company uses artificial intelligence services, currently provided by Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic"), to assist with internal analysis of job cost data — for example, identifying patterns, surfacing anomalies, and supporting financial review by the accounting and operations teams. Information sent to these services may include cost data, customer and sub-customer identifiers, and associated metadata drawn from the data store described in Section 4.

The Company maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information accessed by the Application against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include access controls, authentication requirements, and secure handling of credentials used to connect to QBO. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Application connects to QBO using Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 authentication flow. Your use of QBO is also subject to Intuit's own terms and privacy policies, available at intuit.com. The Company is responsible only for how data is handled once it has been retrieved from QBO into the Application.
The Application is an internal business tool and is not directed to, marketed to, or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because the Company is based in California, we make the following clarifications consistent with applicable California privacy laws:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at the URL where this Policy is published, with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
